コンセプト concept |  | |||||||
武蔵野陽和会病院は，これまでも地域密着型の病院として，医療活動を長く続けてきた．人工透析などは，向い側の別敷地にクリニックとして分棟化し，隣接地に103床の新病院として全面改築した．奥行きのある細長い敷地ではあるが，全面道路は魅力的な桜並木を形成しており，この街路樹を取り込むように，核となる吹抜けやルーフテラスを配置した．外部と内部の空間の連続性を生かしつつ，ファサードのガラスのカーテンウォールに対して，樹木の枝葉が適度にフィルターの役割を果たす．このように街路樹と建物を融合させることによって，奥行きのある建物に開放感を与えている．新病院の計画では，新しい医療器機の導入や情報システムの再編の他に，地域密着型プログラムとしてリハビリテーションの充実が図られた．理学療法･作業療法･言語療法などのリハビリテーション部の拡充の他に，回復期リハビリテーション病棟が新設された．ベッド廻りの生活リハビリスペースを広くするため，病室は８m２／1床を確保した． | ||||||||

Musashino Yowakai Hospital is a community-based hospital, which has provided medical care over the years. An architecture for treatments such as dialysis was built separately on a site opposite as a clinic, and a fully refurbished new hospital with 103 beds was built on an adjacent site.The front street of the hospital s deep, narrow strip of land is lined with enchanting cherry blossom trees, and the void space and roof terrace of the hospital are located so that the architecture has views of the trees. While space continuity outside and inside is maximized, the leaves of the trees filter sunlight on the architecture s facade glass curtain wall. By integrating the street trees and the architecture, the deep architecture has succeeded in giving a liberating feeling to people.New medical appliances were introduced and information systems were reorganized in this new hospital. In addition, rehabilitation services have been expanded as a community-based program. | ||
